1 - Consent to Terms

Your use of the website and/or application is your consent to these Terms of Use. Your failure to comply results in the termination of your rights of access and use.

2 - Rates do Not Include Sales Tax

Rates indicated may exclude sales/use tax which will be billed separately based upon applicable law.

3 - Ownership

As between users and RYTECH INC., all materials and related intellectual property rights appearing on the website and/or application are the property of RYTECH INC.

4 - No Reuse

Material appearing on the website or in the application may not be reproduced or used for any other purpose without the prior written consent of RYTECH INC.

5 - Authorization Required. No Inappropriate Material

No material is to be included on the website or in the Application if it is obscene, abusive, false, violent or defamatory and RYTECH INC. maintains sole discretion to remove, without notice, any material which it deems to be inappropriate for any reason. It is anticipated that the site and Application will be moderated.

RYTECH INC. does not warrant any services or products which appear on the website or through the application and disclaims all such warranties, including without limitation all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

While RYTECH INC. believes and intends that its information security practices reflect good practice, there is no such thing as perfect information security. As such, users assume the risk of security breaches involving RYTECH INC., its affiliated persons and entities and any third party vendors utilized by it, with which information is shared, and all consequences resulting from them. In furtherance of the foregoing, users must safeguard their RYTECH INC. credentials.

No refunds or cancellations are provided under any circumstances. In cases where you are dissatisfied for any reason, please notify us within 30 days after the problem first appears and we will utilize commercially reasonable efforts to assist with a resolution.

11 - Delivery Policy;Services Only

RYTECH INC. does not deliver any goods at any time during transactions made on this site. All payments received are for services only. No physical products are exchanged.
